Spring is a com'n

Work is under a revamp and we were going to make a short move (down siz'n) during our slow time, which seems to be fading. We changed the manager and now we will see if things will continue to run smoothly as the owner transfers his job to his brother. I truly hope things workout for the best actually want them to really badly

And the great news I have ordered two male Fawn & white Runner ducks to come live with me in my apt. They will be com'n March 14 so this gives me a few weeks to get ready as I have been doing, I have spent some money on doing this and the ducks are my next venture in life as these will be inside ducks with diapers I have one set of diaper harness's here and 3 more sets of two r com'n. I know I can do this. I will still care for GoosieGoo and the other geese along with the chickens. I sort of feel bad about GoosieGoo like some how I have let her down after all she is lay'n eggs and not going to get so much of my attention but I hope her eggs hatch and she works on her own family. I hope that the ducks and the geese get along.
I am considering selling the Miata as i think I am at a different point in my life but we will see.

Well the ducks are ordered I got 2 fawn & white runner duck coming in 4 weeks. will talk about this later. look at this interesting bird I caught on valentines day!

After finding "Whitey" a new home we assumed that Big Guy the veteran  male goose here maybe to old to  father goslings but I can attest that is not true not at all. I witnessed BG riding Goosie like the wind this morning. So I know for sure both our geese are female. What do u think the odds are that both of them will have female geese. Cause if they have males we will have some extra geese again. I do know how to tell what sex they are at 3 days old, so maybe we will have chicks for sale.

Here is a picture at one of my friends camp, this was across the street. Everyone complained because there was no ladder, so I put a ladder in. I took this photo and will always remind me of one of those summer dayz.

Here is a very cool Fall picture I took, we were driving down road in Wolfeboro, NH I think and we drove past it. I made him stop and back up we took several pictures but this angle really shows the best view.

This was a fall picture (lots of color) in the white mountains of NH. I converted this to B&W and changed the focus. Some dayz I just feel like this no matter how sunny the day is.

Goosie Goo for President 2012

Goosie Goo for President  2012, Hmm think about it . There is no way he could ever lie...
There would be no point. He's a goose what would the point if he tried to bend the truth slightly. See geese do not have to play that game, embellish the truth. They just like to eat grass, take a dip in the pool, go poo everywhere and boss around the chickens. Well at that time of year which is January and if yr a male goose and there are females around, Geese that is. Then there is some thing else male geese love to do with let's say... politicians have done the same thing. But for the most part geese are a real deal type of cat.
I try to follow who is in the presidential race, I listen'd to all the republicans. How come they all say the same things for the most part. Everyone wants to create jobs, make the hard decisions to cut some thing from the people. They all say they have a great track record and they are going to do the right things for this country. I will include Democrats here. If one person knew all the answer to fix everything we would truly be Phoucked.
When I looked at all the republicans they all said the same thing in different ways, I guess I tried to figure out which one was lying the least. I think Ron Paul was lying the least. I think Smitt will go long ways he has a lot of scratch, we all know that goes a long way these races. I think Goosie Goo with the right advisers could sort anything out as good as some name on a poster some where. And look at him he just looks honest. Who want's to try to figure out who is lying the least, write in Goosie Goo in November and call it a day, Obama is going to win anyways it's the lesser of the two evils. So look at Goosie Goo's face you tell me, he's the real deal and I love him anyways and dam it...he is honest!

4-1=5

Holidays have come and gone, I bought myself with my mom a great Nikon digital camera Nikon p500 12.1mp 36X zoom, I can see a mile away pretty cool. My bro came home, my BF came over, and I spent some time with C&B.M. . Was a good time all around. Work has changed their name they hired a new manager and hopefully this will change things to the better there. I got to do some add stuff for McyD's, some higher end stuff for me. And now the sort of sad news
"Whitey" has left the yard. It seems I got two female geese last spring and we have two male geese here, the younger male was showing his superiority with the older goose Big Guy, So Whitey got the farm. I posed a add on CL looking for a good home for him, and really I wanted to make sure he found some this as good as here or better. And I did find him a 3 ache farm with ducks, a stream and goats. Here is a "quote" for his update from his new home: He isn't very impressed with the ducks so we will probably have to get him a goose friend at some point but he likes to boss the pygmy goats around and finds great pleasure in that. Otherwise he is doing fine. He is quite the character. " I gave them a 40 lb bag of food , I felt if they were going to eat him they would not want the food. So that is how I sorted it out with myself to say good bye. I did cry the day he left and felt bad. But The older goose Has taken such good care of the other geese he was going to stay. So the title of this blog is 4-1=5 Big Guy, Goosie and Goosie Goo - Whitey make 3 but in the spring 2 more female geese from Metzer farms Metzer Farms  these people have helped me so many ways and I have yet to purchase a thing from them. But I will in the spring.
Just have been so busy no time to write but that will come.

The Adventures of GoosieGoo and friends.

If any one knows me closely they know I love my geese very much. I spend quite a bit of time with them. I spent two hours taking pictures today. My mom and I split a Nikon P500 digital camera, great camera BTW 36X zoom. I have thought about writing a children's book about them and my life with them. I have found some one who is going to help, as I have never graduated from high school which is pretty apparent by some of my posts. I will need help, this person is a family member also. The name of the book will be:
The adventures of GoosieGoo and friends.
These are pic's of GoosieGoo above. I know I have mentioned this b4 But when I first moved here I asked the landlord "what is the draw of having geese" I didn't seem to get it, but now I do and some people think I am a little odd loving geese. There is no pond here or river. I have pools for them in the summer I fill with a hose. It's to cold for a hose now so i have to carry buckets of water to fill a smaller container with about 20 gallons of water. I will do this all winter about 3-4 time a week. When there don't have clean water to bathe in they get dirty. Oh and they always have drinking water which is separate from their bath water. We this being Saturday and all today was clean bath day. I have given them a light in their house with a light detector that is automatic. To help with the cold days and nights. I also give them bread in the morning around 730-8 when they come tapping on my window, see I put a ramp so they can say hello. Then after I get ready and dressed I give them some bread with a can of corn to them out side in their area. plus they have a small tub of cracked corn and a feeder I can put a whole bag 40 lbs of poultry feed into. I just love them to death and they have become my kids. I can talk to them and they talk back. In the morning when I am bring them the corn I yell out GoosieGoo until they answer, then in a straight line they come quacking and flapping their wings running as fast as they can knowing full well it's breakfast time. They grunt and grown as they gobble up their corn jubilee. I give them a bucket of fresh water then we chat for a while then they go back to their day. When I come home from work I give them a few slices of bread, I get expired bread from the dollar for 25 cents. I know they like that better than moldy bread. Oh well I am tired and if I don't get to write again I wish everyone who reads my blog a very Happy Holiday.
